Thanks for popping in;

I have put these pages together as I have been asked several times about my background in Ham Radio etc.

You will see above details of my current Ham Radio Station, about my QRP interests and my QRP visit to the Russian QRP Club.

As a technical author, mostly on low power stuff I have written articles for many Ham  Radio magazines over the years including some long gone. Short Wave Magazine. Ham Radio Today, Amateur Radio and current ones such as Practical Wireless and of course RadCom where I still do reviews. Club magazines such as SPRAT and the QRP-ARCI QQ Magazine still use my stuff too.

I have also written three books on ham Radio stuff though long out of print, they are still available as PDF files on CD, see above and contact me for details.

Apart from the magazine articles and the books I have also started writing short stories and I have included a couple here to, hopefully get your interest. They are also available as PDF files on a CD. Again contact me for details of pricing.

I still find it strange to think back to school, my English teacher told my parents that I would never be able to put a written sentence together that would be grammatically correct. I would love to meet him one day and show him the 25 years of articles I have been paid to write and all those that I have done for nothing!

I try to chill out when not at the radio,  I am also a camera geek. I just love taking photos and occasionally, just now and then I get a good one. Have a look at my web pages for photo's above. I love fishing, fresh water for Carp. PB to date is a nice mirror at 38/6
